kpholmes
Went and saw Shooter last night with Mark Wahlberg. Easily one of the best shooter movies I've seen in a long time... Kind of had a Bourne Identity feel to the whole movie. The plot was well developed and there was a TON of action. I went with a group of friends and not one of us didn't like it. Anyone else get a chance to see it?

Swampnuts
I haven't seen it yet. I'm a bit afraid of being disappointed, because I've read the whole line of Stephen Hunter books about 3-4 times. Point of impact, Black Light, Dirty White Boys, and Time to Hunt are all awesome reads.

wildcat2334
Saw it last night- totally rocked, was well done. Had a Bourne-type feel to it, really liked it. On a side note rented Casino Royale the other night and thought it was horrible. Was pretty psyched to watch and it was toally dissapointed

Especially in the beginning, Bond is VERY brutal. Die Another Day just had too many effects are far off items, although it was okay.

Overall, I wanted to like it, and it started out ok, but the last half was horrible. The lame poker scenes, and the love story was laughable. I dunno, it just came apart for me the last half. Seattle LawDawg
Clearly the best movie ever made. Despite some of the ridiculous freedoms the movie-makes took to Hollywoodize the movie, it was quite enjoyable. Headshots on a guy in the back of a jeep moving 70mph from 800 yds away cracked me up. I bet Quigley could do it. Edited April 2, 2007 by The Holy Roller
