You go for the gold until then and then grab what's left at the end of the night. And lets face it, the hawt chick possibly could end up being a pain in the ass anyways but still the gold is a nice end to the night if it works out. Maybe it's just me but there were always plenty of skinny low self esteem girls at 1:45AM at the bars I hung out at. And, you forgot my original rule...never let anyone see you leave with one.
