CardinalEmpire.com Posted September 2, 2007 Share Posted September 2, 2007 If you've read my other post-draft help request, you already know I got thrown for a big loop when the guppies destroyed all semblance of draft order by scooping up WR's like there was no tomorrow. As a result, most of my targeted picks after Round 3 (maybe even Round 2) were a mess. The result, since I wasn't looking at any other defenses than Baltimore, Chicago, San Diego, and New England, was winding up with Pittsburgh in the 12th round. Thing is, I have no idea how the Steelers are supposed to be this season. We get points for both defense AND special teams, so ideally a team would cause a lot of turnovers and score a TD or two on returns throughout the season. Chicago and Devin Hester basically led me to the championship last season, so that gives you an idea of importance here. With that, are any of the teams below a better choice to start the season? I can grab these off of waiver wires. Jacksonville Green Bay Arizona Buffalo Oakland New York Giants Tennessee Detroit St. Louis From there it obviously gets pretty bad.
