lukin
My QB right now is Matt Schuab, looking for a new one. My RB are Larry Johnson (keeping), Travis Henry, Brandon Jacobs and Cedric Benson. The other team has Peyton Manning as QB but needs a RB and has Drew Bree, Tom Brady and Tony Romo to offer. He doesn't really want to give up Bree but is willing to give Brady and Romo for Henry. I think I should go for Brady (Bree if he is up for it) for Benson. Would this be a good move?
lawn saver
Go for Benson and Jacobs for Brady. Now I am making that statement not knowing your league make up, scoring, and starting requirements. You will get much better advice with that info in the post. ts
It's not that good a deal, since RBs are way more valuable than QBs, but given the situation, I'd at least consider something like Brady for CedBen or Jacobs, would be nice if the other guy would throw in a scrub, like a high-risk WR or RB. Zooty
I'd offer him Jacobs for Brady and see if he bites (I like Brady more than Brees). I'd give him Benson as well but not Henry and I don't see why you would need 2 QBs as was proposed since you only start
Gunga Din
Henry will end up being your top RB, trust me. How you got both LJ and Henry is a miracle. But i've always been a Henry fan and with Denver i expect him to out do LJ this yr. Do not get rid of him. Screw Brees, try to dump one of your other backs for Romo or Brady. lukin
Ok I'll keep LJ and Henry, but i also have a crap TE. I'm wondering if I should try and do a 3 way trade. I figure he has extra QBs and needs a RB, another team has Antonio Gates, Jeremy Shockey and Tony Gonzalez. His QB is Rex Grossman, which is really the only thing he could improve on. Would Jacobs or Benson and maybe Bruce be enough to get Brady from the first team, get him to give Bree or Romo to team 2 and team 2 give a TE to me? Team 1 also needs a WR but I don't know if Bruce is enough.
