I can't decide who to start, for my two runningbacks this weekend. Any suggestions out there?

I got two starting slots and four runningbacks:

Shaun Alexander

Brian Westbrook

Edgerrin James

Marshawn Lynch

Note: at the moment for some crazy reason, this particular league that I am in is very gunshy about trades at the moment, but I do have a team that is weak at runningback and maybe I can talk him into a trade for Andre Johnson. Feel free to discuss on this matter too.

My wideout crew looks like this if youre curious:

TJ Housh (Cin)

Lav Coles (NYJ)

Donald Driver (GBP)

Bernard Berrian (Chi)

Thanks!

I would start Alexander and Westbrook.

As far as the obtaining A. Johnson, the I would trade Edge for him and hold on to the others. Can't have too many good RB's.

I agree with this, but.....

Never heard of a 25% TD 75% Yards league, so it certainly isn't standard. Care to elaborate on the scoring system a bit?

like he said, I'm not sure I undertsand the scoring.

Its your standard Fantasy Football League where:

Passing Yards (25 yards per point)

Passing Touchdowns (4pts)

Interceptions (-1pt)

Rushing Yards (10 yards per point)

Rushing Touchdowns (6pts)

Reception Yards (10 yards per point)

Reception Touchdowns (6pts)

Return Touchdowns (6pts)

and so on

So where did the 25% / 75% part come from?
