Standale Connection Posted October 8, 2007 Share Posted October 8, 2007 Am I nuts or is Bulger a big bust this year? What are the chances of Bulger coming on strong at the end of the season?? I'm leaning on doing this and using my #1 waiver priority also.. The only other QB I have is E.Manning.. I can't see riding him to the super bowl.(don't mind my signature this is for a different league) Any opinions would be appreciated... manc68 Posted October 8, 2007 Share Posted October 8, 2007 Bulger and Brees - both huge busts. I dumped Brees after the Monday night game and what I saw yesterday confirmed it. He does not have an O-line he feels comfortable with and therefore has no timing with his wideouts. Bulger is a little different. Broken ribs, however, are a major factor in your ability to throw. He might be back to his best in about 4 or 5 weeks, but that is too long to wait. I would go with Warner and maybe pick Bulger back up in about 3 weeks.
