After all, predicting that you will ultimately achieve your goal doesn't automatically mean the entire mission is a "remarkable success story". Sort of a cheesy distinction if you ask me. However, like ouija, I also hope he's right about Iraq getting their act together by 2009. I mean, better really, really, really, really late than never.
