fballfreak
Why the hell weren't they running the ball with Jacobs all night? Eli couldn't hit the broad side of a barn ... and when he did his WRs were dropping them. Terrible
Bill Swerski
Eli is just super duper. Just ask Swerski or Perch. Nice analysis. You should start your own sports talk radio show. Gee, maybe the 50 mile/hour swirling winds had something to do with it as well. Or Jacobs and Toomer dropping passes left and right. Listen, Eli blows, but bashing him for yesterday's performance is idiotic. I'm not sure that he "blows", but I agree that he's a borderline NFL starter at best right now. While I appreciate him targeting Burress a lot last night from a fantasy perspective, the Giants threw the ball WAY too much. Not sure if that goes on Eli or Coughlin. If Eli is ever going to be anything in the NFL, he needs to get the hell away from Coughlin and his staff. It's obvious that his coaching style can stop Tiki's fumbles, but Eli needs a better QB coach/coordinator if he is going to improve. I won't say he's done, but something in NY has to change.
