budlitebrad
Man, that's depressing. Like most kids, I was a big DMB fan back in high school and kinda grew out of them, but still enjoyed jamming out to a bootleg concert every now and then. RIP

Bring Back Pat!!!
Sad day. RIP LeRoi. I saw DMB this Summer in Hartford, 5th show for me. One of the great live acts. His accident was a while ago and they've been touring pretty much since then. Last night must of been a great show though, LA usually is, from what I've heard. Seattle LawDawg
I caught the band at the Gorge for a couple shows over the long weekend. I didn't see the Friday night show, but it was the first since the funeral and from what I heard, it was pretty somber. They did do a video tribute to him at both the Saturday and Sunday night shows. Like most, I had, for the most part, lost interest in DMB, but holy crap, they do some amazing live shows. The show Saturday night was one of the best shows I've ever seen. Cool set, amazing solos including a Jimi Thing back and forth battle between Rashawn Ross (trumpet) and Jeff Coffin who has been playing sax with the band since LeRoi's accident in June.
