popmagnet
Check my sig and you'll notice I'm light on WR but sitting nicely with RB depth. A guy wants Chris Johnson and offered Roy Williams for him. Is that a do-able deal? He said his 2nd choice was Felix Jones. What do you think? lawn saver
I think you almost have too. You are really light at WR and it would definately help you out. If you could give up F. Jones I would jump on it...
tacologic
Yeah I'd do it, and soon. I think the Titans will start stalling on offense hardcore without VY.

The Ten Offense will be in much better hands with Collins.
vikinglion
My, how one week changes things. I picked up Chris Johnson in our auction league for 2 units (out of 300), almost the minimum. Roy Williams, of course, went for considerably more. (25 units?). But yes, you need the WR. I think you've got to do this one also.
popmagnet
Yeah I'd do it, and soon. I think the Titans will start stalling on offense hardcore without VY. Being a Titan homer, Collins will actually increase the rest of the offensive output. Vince does everything with his legs. No one worries about him passing. Collins isn't the gamebreaker that Vince is, but he's balanced. Another option I have is to trade Felix for Bowe or Royal. I'm having trouble letting go of Johnson because I really think he's going to be the offense in TN and a top RB. It is not the homer effect, at least I hope not
Medal of Honor
Boy I could go either way on this. I think Chris Johnson will continue to put up big numbers, but I think you really need the WR help. I say you go for it.
SLGRAF
I think Johnson and Williams are close to each other in terms of overall fantasy value, and, you need a WR more than you need a RB, so I would make the trade. But, if by saying his 2nd choice is Felix Jones, he means he will take Jones for Williams, I would do that before trading Johnson for Williams. Capt. Stanky
Another option I have is to trade Felix for Bowe or Royal. It is not the homer effect, at least I hope not I would totally do Felix for Bowe or Royal before trading CJohnson for RWilliams. CJohnson's value is on the uptick, while Roy boy might very well be the 2nd option in the passing game now for a Lions team that's going to run much more anyway. I wouldn't trade CJohnson right now. His value is only going to go up, IMHO. Edited September 11, 2008 by Capt. Stanky
Metromancer
Are you kidding me?!? Take one look at your roster and this is a no-brainer. Score Williams and don't look back. You have to give value to get value sometimes. I like Johnson a lot too, but you have a greater need for Williams.
