Ursa Majoris
Sorry, I just don't get this at all. In 2004, Polk took out a 30-year, 6.375 percent mortgage for $45,620 with a Countrywide Home Loan office in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. The same day, she also took out an $11,380 line of credit. Over the next couple of years, Polk missed payments on the 101-year-old home that she and her late husband purchased in 1970. In 2007, Fannie Mae assumed the mortgage and later filed for foreclosure. She was 86, fer Chrissakes. 30 year loan at that rate? Khloe, Kim and Kourtney Kardashian was she thinking? What was the lender thinking? The Holy Roller
Sorry, I just don't get this at all. She was 86, fer Chrissakes. 30 year loan at that rate? Khloe, Kim and Kourtney Kardashian was she thinking? What was the lender thinking? The lender was thinking they were going to get a home pretty soon. I wonder what the appraisal value was at the time of the loan?
Chief Dick
I don't think she died. Sounds like she is alive but critical.
H8tank
First she can't pay her mortgage, then she can't even kill herself right? Geez lady, are you good at anything?
SEC=UGA
FannieMae has forgiven the woman's loan and has given her the house. Time to chamber a rond in the old 40. Any advice on where to shoot myself so as to decrease the chances of death but to make it look like I was going for it all? On a positive note, I do have private health insurance so as not to strap the tax payers with my medical bills. No mortgage here I come!!!
