wiegie Posted December 17, 2008 Share Posted December 17, 2008 So, around 11:00 this morning I get an e-mail from a local television station asking if they can interview me about the Fed's rate cut. I call them back and say sure, but tell them that since my semester is over, I am home. They say no problem, they'll send a crew over to my house in about an to interview me. So, I immediately pick up whatever clutter is laying around, vacuum the floor, iron some clothes, take a shower and get dressed. I am finally all ready to be interviewed about five minutes before they are supposed to arrive and then I check my e-mail and it says that due to logistical reasons, they have to cancel. (As I told them in my e-mail response "I suppose I needed to take a shower anyway and my wife will be happy that I vacuumed." Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Hmmmm, I figured "logistical reasons" meant that the smallest tripod they could find for their camera was 3' tall which would have only allowed for the top of Wiegie's scalp to be in the shot.
