chiefjay Posted February 11, 2009 Share Posted February 11, 2009 Got a BB Curve a few months ago and my ball is stuck . It rolls upward and side to side but not downward which makes looking at email impossible. Question 1. Can I fix this by taking it apart? Anyone with this experience? Question 2. Can I scoll downward anyway else? No down arrows like on a keyboard so I can't read any email at this point as I have scrolled up to the top like a moran. The first thing that you should try is blowing it out with a can of compressed air. If that doesn't work, here are some directions on how to remove the track ball for cleaning.
