Maybe market rates on credit cards (or maximum allowable rates on credit cards)? I'm looking for monthly data that goes back to at least May 2008. Right now, I'm stuck with using 24.99% in each and every month as a proxy for the actual ... but, I believe that that rate has fluctuated (primarily up) over the period and am wont to use the same rate in each period, and am looking for some help figuring this out.
