I'm no expert on this stuff but I've tried just about everything over the years...including the real stuff. I've never found a supplement to be worth the money except for protein powder and creatine. Back in the day when I was serious about bodybuilding, I did a lot of Andro (another ph). I had blood work done before and after cycles and my blood work came back fine.
