The Outfit
I'm in a 12 team keeper league, we can keep up to 4 players. From the following players, who would you keep ? P.Manning F.Gore J.Addai J.Stewart A.Johnson M.Austin M.Crabtree A.Gates I'm leaning toward Manning,Gore,Johnson and Austin....Thanks

HutOne
I agree with your first 3 but I would keep Gates. He would give you a bonus point factor compared to a TE you would replace him with. Also their is a WR every year that comes out of no where that you can get on the waiver wire.
Big Country
Scoring System? Lineup Requirements? When do you have to decide? Can you trade in the offseason? Those things need to be answered before any reasonable advice can be provided.

Johnson
The Outfit
We start.. 1 QB 2 Rb's 2 Wr's (or 1 Rb/3 Wr's) Te K D Pass tds 4, Rush/rec tds 6, 200 pass yds =3pts plus 1pt every 20 yds, 80 rush/red yds=3 pts plus 1 pt every 20 yds, 40+ yd scoring plays earn bonus pts, not a ppr league
Big Country
If you can wait and see how the Carolina RB situation shapes up next preseason, it will give a better indication on Stewarts value. Picking now, Gore and A. Johnson are for sure. Then, Manning, Stewart, Gates, Austin and Crabtree all deserve consideration. The lack of PPR certainly devalues the WRs a bit and that as well as the yardage scoring rules cetainly devalue Gates a bit, though he should still separate himself from other TEs enough with TDs. Given the relatively small lineup requirement in terms of only starting a combined 4 RBs and WRs, and the lack of PPR, this would lead me to believe that more WRs will be released, meaning greatver value to be found there in the draft. So, we are down to Manning, Stewart and Gates. I would be interested in how the TE scoring has shaped up over the years to see if there really is much spread in scoring with the lack of PPR and that yardage scoring. My instincts tell me not really, so adequate TE value could be found in the draft, and, dare I say it, but I would actually keep the QB and play for the homerun hit in Stewart.
