Footballjoe
(RotoWire) The 49ers complied with Lewis's request to be released by letting the veteran safety go on Monday. NFL.com reports. Analysis: Lewis requested to be released shortly after reports surfaced last Wednesday that he may not start against the Falcons in Week 4. Could he land in Green Bay? Zooty
don't think he fits their scheme very well I'm not sure if he fits any scheme well at this point. I wouldn't expect for him to be any more than a back-up at this point in his career

I wouldn't expect for him to be any more than a back-up at this point in his career very true and the only reason I mentioned the Colts is for 2 main reasons: 1. Bullitt got hurt 2. Their run D sucks and he could help in the box some
CaptainHook
The Colts may need him if Bullitt is out for an extended period of time.
