Are we going to get the reincarnation of W in Rick Perry entering soon?

That's what I think is going to happen. It might come down to a battle between Romney, Perry and the lunatic Bachmann. I don't think Palin is going to run, she's making too many $$$$.

I have been hoping that Bachmann surges in the polls just because I know how much she drives you crazy.

I saw a story yesterday that said Generic Republican leads Obama in the polls.

that is great news for romney, who is the most generic republican I can think of.

What a shame that as soon as you put a name to them, the picture changes:

While a generic Republican leads Obama, specific Republicans trail the president. An NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll earlier this week found that former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney ® would lose, 49-43 percent, to Obama, while the president would best former Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty ®, 50 percent to 37. There was one poll last month showing Romney beating Obama among registered voters, but Obama leads all would-be Republican challengers in other polls.
