Square Posted January 3, 2012 Share Posted January 3, 2012 The goal for me is to run 3 days a week. Pretty much the same here. Right now I'm optimistic and want to get some free weights in as well. This. Gotta lose a bunch of weight before a late February vacation. Yea, I'm using an early April vacation as motivation to get back in shape as well. Stopped after baby was born and never started back its time! Yea, that's what got me off track. Baby is 11 months old now though so I can't use it as an excuse. Just kind of sucks that the baby still wakes up once (or twice lately) a night so you never really get a good nights rest. Just kind of wears on you, but I can't put it off forever.
