jailbirds
I was looking to pick up Andre Brown. BUt on the CBS site he is listed as being on waivers until Wednesday? Anybody know why this is. I feel he should be a free agent. Can somebody shed light on this?
Tripleshot
Someone else recently dropped him, or he's on waivers due to being on the IDP injured list?
Rileyrott
He's probably on waivers because he is a NY Giant and they played Thursday night.

Scorcher
Any player that has played is on WW until Tues night unless you play in a cherry picker league.
Ron677
Why pick up Andre Brown when Brandon Jacobs is looking so good? Jacobs looks exactly the same as he did in his prime when he was running all over the place.

Based on one game, sure but if you press rewind to a week before that he looked...mehhh against a soft run defense

Brown was going to be the #2 guy going into the season, I'd expect him to get used when he's available. Saw that he expects to return to practice this week, and I doubt Jacobs can carry the load. All sound like good reasons to go after Brown (in leagues were RBs on waives are thin).

Tripleshot
Brown almost had the starting job outright to start the season. He's been effective when he's been healthy and gets the goal line touches too. Health has been the only thing ever limiting him, so if he's healthy, he should be owned in every league, especially in light of how depleted the Giants RB corps is.
