New Orleans WRs

Cooks is the 14th highest scoring wide receiver this year in PPR. That's pretty darn good for a second year receiver. The only discouraging thing is that New Orleans has been playing from behind so much that you'd think he'd have inflated stats from garbage time.

One explanation why he isn't a stud this year is that both Cooks and Brees are short. Them both being short makes it difficult for Brees to see Cooks downfield over offensive linemen. They've previously always drafted tall receivers for Brees. Here are the heights of the wide receivers drafted during the Drew Brees era in New Orleans:

Brandin Cooks 5'10"

Kenny Stills 6'0"

Nick Toon 6'3"

Adrian Arrington 6'3"

Robert Meachem 6'2"

Mike Haas 6'1"

Marques Colston 6'4"
