rajncajn Posted December 7, 2023 Share Posted December 7, 2023 My grandma used to make a wonderful court boullion over rice when I was a kid, but sadly I never got a recipe from her. I've got a few recipes from locals and some online and from cookbooks, but for some reason I've always been hesitant to try it. Probably because I don't want to ruin good fish and I don't have a lot of confidence on the stove unless I'm told exactly what I need to do. Also probably because I'm afraid that I can't live up to grandma's cooking. That said, I've got some redfish sitting in the freezer and I've been planning to thaw it when my youngest comes home for the holidays. I may just attempt it if the family is game for my trials.
