Chief Dick
From the KC Star this morning: BLAYLOCK LIKELY OUT Running back Derrick Blaylock didn't practice and is listed as questionable on the official injury report, but Blaylock indicated that he probably won't play against Denver. He injured a knee in Monday night's win over Tennessee. Larry Johnson will start in Blaylock's place and be backed up by Omar Easy. The interesting thing about that is, Johnson and Easy split time at running back during their college careers at Penn State. It was only after Easy and Eric McCoo departed Happy Valley prior to the 2002 season that Johnson became Penn State's featured back. Johnson then became the first back in Big Ten history to rush for 2,000 yards in a single season.
skylive5
Being close to the situation as you are, CD, do you think Johnson will do anything against the Denver Def? They are pretty good against the run. How do you rate his total yard chances?

You would think Denver would come in here motivated, since they are fighting for their playoff lives.

Hugh-mongus
D@mn, my playoff opponent this week has both Blaylock and Johnson. I was hoping for RBBC! :hoppingmad:
