Grits and Shins Posted January 17, 2005 Share Posted January 17, 2005 Let's put this in perspective....from what I heard on ESPN radio It's a theft charge.... for stealing his own car.... from a repairman' garage.... who totally f'ed up his car, so he refused to pay the guy - and took his car off the lot without paying. Hardly the same as a rape charge. 656973[/snapback] WRONG! It is NOT a theft charge for stealing his own car. It is a theft charge for failure to pay for services rendered on said car. The repairman has every right to keep the car until he is paid for his services. IMO it's an indication of his attitude that he is above the law and better than all of us peons that don't play professional football.
