Jaworski is a perfect example of a guy that has the same playing background as Salisbury, knows as much, if not more, but doesn't try to over-extend, and that is respected IMO. That's cool - I like his style. Salisbury is a punk. His "Let me tell you what it's like to be an NFL quarterback" routine is lame. I really get annoyed when he gives advice to players lightyears better than he ever was (McNair inparticular) - it just doesn't work for me.
