polksalet
If I were an nfl gm and got this year's first pick I would be highly upset that AP will not be in the draft. He is lightyears ahead of the scatback from OJ's school.

Why is he in your head so much - did he piss in your cornflakes, or what? One of your last posts called those of us who like him 'idiots' - so you're also saying all the Heisman voters (and voters in all the other hardware contests he won) are idiots? Are we supposed to value your opinions and take you seriously here? I find your name calling childish at best.  What makes you more qualified, or a better judge of talent, than the players, coaches and writers that have been personally/professionally involved with college football their whole lives? Go ahead and list your verifiable qualifications for us - really, I'm dying to know. If you can't, then your tone really should change, don't you think? I don't have any myself, but I don't call other people idiots on here either. Just my opinion, of course... theeohiostate
Congrats to OU, but Oregon is BAD!!!! Â Â Outside of their game against USC, they have played one of the weakest schedules in the country. This is why it was a no brainer for the Bucks to face Notre Dame and Oregon a 10-1 team to play a mid-level Big 12 team. They didn't get screwed by the BCS , they got what they deserved, just like Cal did the other year. Â I know Sgt. Ryan is having a good day today. Congrats, looks like Bomar may be able to bring some life into that offense next year and with AP , Stoops will have them the favorite for the Big 12 next season. I don't think Mr. Riley's attorneys will bother with me. What's the problem? Â 1242098[/snapback] Â Â Â Â The problem is that USC does not have back to back National Championships, right now. The BCS conferences (including the PAC-10) and Notre Dame put the BCS in place. These teams went into the 2003 season knowing what the rules of the BCS were, and what would be required to win a National Championship. USC was not able to meet these requirements. In my opinion, it is disingenuous for USC or USC fans to claim a National Championship for 2003. If USC wanted to claim that something other than the BCS would determine the national champion for 2003, then they should have made that clear prior to the start of the 2003 season, and they should not have accepted any BCS money. Â The fact is that LSU has the crystal football for the 2003 season, not USC. USC has no more right to claim a National Championship for the 2003 season, than Texas does for the 1970 season.
