Rockerbraves
Not sure how many coaches would pass on going back home so that this team could win an SEC Championship? He has solidified my respect, admiration, and loyalty. "Fear the Hat" How about that fake punt? Gotta love this guy.
theeohiostate
Great day, to wave off suspision , lie to your kids about not having any intentions on going to Michigan and taking the money from LSucks to ease his pains. Great day ! Yep, great day to be a roll of toilet paper too.

The only thing Les Coach did today, was not go for it on 4th in 1 in the 4th quarter on his own 23 yard line.
Sgt. Ryan
Congrats to the SEC. As long as the" fraud in the hat" is in Baton Rouge, 2 loss seasons are bound to follow. And next yr Sabans recruits wont be around to save Miles poor decisions.

Does he pull bunnies out of his hat, or just wins out of his arse ?

You bought that stuff.......go back to a few of your posts about Saban..........I am not going to be the coach of Alabama.......I am not going to dress up like a girl...you can't make me....you can't make me............poooooooffff.... he's gone!! Miles hitting the road would be a good thing...suck for the kids...but in the long run, they are better off......."off with the hat"........ Sgt. Ryan
That's ok I still think your Sooners played a great game against a good Missouri team. They certainly present a better argument today than LSU for #2. How bad would LSU have lost to Missouri today. Id bet the score would be exactly the same as it was, though Missouri wins 38-17 over LSU.

Was just proud of the way he stepped up prior to the game because he thought it might be distracting to the players. If he ends up leaving no hard feelings. I know the non coach Les personally and he's a great family man.

He did the right thing for the game and for the bowl game as well....I just hate to see these things come back to haunt guys and make them look like liars.....Saban looked like a jerk, I know it is tough to say i am not going to comment on the situation....but in my book honesty goes a loooooong way!!!! theprofessor
Was anyone watching the LSU - Tennesse game? The Volunteers, and especially Ainge, "GAVE" the game to LSU. An interception for a TD and then the two poor throws that ended in interceptions when they were driving to score? LSU's good but definately not NCG good. He didn't do the right thing fo the game. He did the right thing for HIMSELF by lying. The coach who recruited me to play in college left before I got to play for him. I was saddened, but understood it was his job. My daughter is now a college athlete -- if her coach leaves, she'll get over it and it wouldn't distract her from the task of competing. A distraction? No. Finding out your coach is willing to lie because the truth is uncomfortable? THAT is a distraction. Miles should have come out and said "I coach LSU. That's my focus until Mid January, maybe longer. You know I have Michigan roots and a clause i my contract that would let me go there. That's irrelevant until January 15th. Until then, I will only answer questions about this LSU team and this season."

There are many coaches who could look in the mirror without a bag of rationnalizations if they would echo these words.
