Atlanta Cracker
i can never get the chicken done without burning the veggies The best way to accomplish this is to use seperate meat skewers and veggie skewers. My wife hates it when I do that becaus the presentation isn't the same but it works for ideally cooked meat and veggies.

rhippens
i'm doing kabobs tonight when the in-laws come into town. one of my favorites is to chunk up the chicken, wrap it in half piece of bacon, and kabob that with mushrooms, onions, and peppers. i usually use caesar dressing to grille these with, and they turn out pretty well.
