Rodgers shouldn't be in the position to throw passes inside the 10... They need to run Ryan Grant three times or utilize a quick pass... Running a play that is a slow developer isn't going to work, yet MM has tried to do it two series now. It would also be nice if Blackmon wouldn't have a problem with touchbacks.
