Shorttynaz
Per NFL.com "Indianapolis Colts safety Bob Sanders is believed to have suffered a torn biceps and is expected to be out for an undetermined amount of time, a source confirmed. Sanders will visit surgeon James Andrews Wednesday to assess the severity of the injury and determine the proper course of action. Surgery could be an option and Sanders’ season is in jeopardy. Sanders sustained the injury in Sunday’s 34-24 loss at Houston. It was initially disclosed as an elbow injury, the same initial evaluation given by the team after he suffered a season-ending torn biceps last season. Andrews performed surgery to repair that injury. It is believed this injury is in the opposite arm. Since winning the 2007 defensive player of the year, Sanders has played in just nine games, including Sunday's opener, because of knee and biceps injuries. Fourth-year veteran Melvin Bullitt will, once again, step into the starting lineup for Sanders." LINK
CaptainHook
this guy is a joke. Stays healthy for his contract year, signs a huge deal and spends the next three years on IR. Cut him please.

Cut him please.I'm not disagreeing with you and he obviously has some durability issues. But your tone makes it seem like he chose to get injured or didn't care since he got his money. I'm sure if he had the option he'd rather not have his bicep tendon torn or have a knee injury. I'd put him in category of athletes that haven't lived up to their expectations for justified reasons, rather then athletes that haven't lived up to their expectations because they don't give a chit like Haynesworth. Easy, Hoss. It's just a comparison of being a talented player who can't stay healthy. Some guys' bodies just let them down.
WaterMan
TV is all about how the Colts D is superior when Bob Sanders is in, but he is never in.

Ok well I'm not gonna turn this into a Bob vs Bo debate cause its ridiculous but let me just say Bo Jackson had a hip injury, robbing him of a possible HOF NFL career and yet he came back and managed to play MLB for 2 more years. Yes I have a man crush on Bo.
