Ursa Majoris
Been wondering that myself. Thomas is certainly injury-prone and I see an Ivory - Thomas - Bush three headed monster when all are back.
MTSuper7
Ivory didn't exactly light it up today... Then again, the entire team kinda stunk. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
rajncajn
Glazer is an idiot, every bit of that report is pure speculation on Glazer's part.
historymike
As a Pierre Thomas owner I have to admit I am getting antsy here: if his injuries are serious enough to keep him out five weeks and counting, that roster space could be filled by someone who at least produces points. I am even to the point where waiver wire dreck like C.J. Spiller and Tim Hightower is looking more and more attractive.
doing_it_live
Im a PT owner as well and i think Glazer is full of diaper dirt, why would Payton not start a healthy PT? While he may be like a glass tower he is still a very talented player. Jay Glazer always likes to stir up drama.
lkirc
I didn't read the Glazer article. He is a moran. I have spoken to a couple of friends in New Orleans that have been hearing rumblings that the Saints are very dissapointed in PT's work ethic and inability to get back in the lineup. They are thinking he is not automatically the starter/main ballcarrier when he is able to go. No. I don't have a link, but my experience with Cajuns is that they don't make stuff up........ CowboysDiehard
So, here are PT's matchups week 8 thru 16: PIT @CAR Bye SEA @DAL @CIN STL @BAL @ATL I can drop him and pick up Blount, who has: @ARI @ATL CAR @SF @BAL ATL @WAS DET SEA That's far smoother sailing, except for Baltimore. Gonna do it (other RBs are Foster/DeAngelo/Lynch, only allowed four). Bye, PT.
CowboysDiehard
To quote those Wolves in the Far Side cartoon, as they surveyed the pig pen: "I say we do it, and trichinosis be damned!" doing_it_live
With my luck he will ball out after week 10, Im just gonna keep him on my bench (I have Ivory to), looks like I have a trade coming up, I get DMC and they get Orton and Royal or B Edwards.
