ReturnToSender
What do folks think of his value and his future numbers. Not a great start what so ever, Amdy might be out a while, so he could be moving in the slot also. Is he worth a roster spot?
Outshined
He might be going forward, but even as the #1 or #2 in Jacksonville he was very inconsistent. If he was good, Jacksonville would have resigned him. I have got him on the hook in hopes of picking up somebody better. Most likely he will be dropped from my roster. STL Fan
He has shown absolutely nothing in STL so far. He has very few targets because he can't get open. I'd be stunned to see anyone but Salas get Amendola's snaps in the slot.

The Eagles secondary is really good however, and I think it's too early to write off Simms Walker. Remember, Bradford made Mark Clayton look like Jerry Rice before he got hurt last season, so I feel someone will emerge, and Walker has as good a chance as anyone IMO. ReturnToSender
I was thinking the same thing about the slot, I have always had a little man-crush on him since I found him on the waiver wire his first break out year, so of course I bought into him going to a team that has a good offense and QB on the rise instead of the decline. Â He's also had four pre-season games and hasn't done squat. Squat, I say!
detlef
Someone dripped ochocinco and MSW is on my team. When I read this thread, I'm tempted to drop MSW and take my chances with ocho. Then I read that thread and decide that I shouldn't.

Hell, you could make an argument for the Chargers old kicker compared to those two.
Pope Flick
I learned last year that Mike Sims-Walker is French for "invisible on the football field." Just sayin'.
DanTheMan_5
I learned last year that Mike Sims-Walker is French for "invisible on the football field." Just sayin'. Â Â And the guy that was throwing him the ball, where is he now? Â In all seriousness, you may be right. I just think it bears waiting another week or 2 before calling the experiment a complete failure.
justin
Sims-Walker seemed to get a lot of looks last night and seemed like the stonger of the STL WRs. While Alexander made the one big play, MSW made it seem like he should be the guy to have going forward.
Grits and Shins
Good like predicting which weeks to start him ... he never seems to put two good weeks in a row together.
loaf
Good like predicting which weeks to start him ... he never seems to put two good weeks in a row together. as is the case with many mid to late round WRs. If you have the space, he's worth a flyer. Maybe that bye week or injury plug in might be the week he goes off
STL Fan
And when Clayton comes off the PUP, the whole equation changes again.
ReturnToSender
Clayton has bone on bone, good luck on him seeing the field this season. Simms-Walker looked strong after the catch and only a holding call kept him from going well over 100 yards. Salas? Bye bye
