marc_bucs
I have just traded le'veon bell, fitz and Randal for frank gore (me recieving gore) do u think this trade was fair? I am currently top of the league and the person I traded with was bottom! He had no strength or depth in his squad and can still make the top 8! However people in my league are kicking off about it saying that he has give up and it's fixed and are talking about veto'ing it because its unfair! What are your thoughts on this? And do you think it's just that they are jealous cause I managed to get gore so close to the play offs?
borge007
You gave way to much for Gore. Since SF is not doing as well as they did last year-Gore is doing less. You gave up three starters for one. I'd need to see your total team but on the face of it I'd say you gave up more than you received. marc_bucs
I just think now it's coming to the end of the season I won't need as much depth I need more quality those 3 players where all on my subs bench so I traded them for a starter
irish
Nooo it was rueben Randal! even worse, especially in a redraft. why would u make that trade?
irish
gore may be the best player involved in the trade but both fitz and bell are solid top 15 players at their respective positions and randle is a good wr3 with wr2 upside some weeks. but to each his own. stevegrab
Lopsided trade (you gave up too much) but not worthy of being vetoed. Any league that allows owners to veto trades (or require their approval) is going to have problems like this. That is why most are against it. Too easy for owners to veto for the wrong reason (they don't like the trade because it makes one/both teams better) instead of for valid reasons (collusion, player dumping, etc.)
SecondString
Back your trade deadline up a week next year. That gets rid of a ton of trade disputes.
