Guest Ted Goings
Would it be collusion to initiate a trade with someone who has 1st priority on the waiver wire so that they would pick up the player that you want off waivers and then you would trade for that player? doobwaa
In my leagues that would not be considered collusion.
Guest Ted Goings
Ok. Thank you very much. It didn't seem too shady to me, but I'm pretty shady, so it's hard for me to tell sometimes.
faceplant
Ok. Thank you very much. It didn't seem too shady to me, but I'm pretty shady, so it's hard for me to tell sometimes. That's hilarious. I agree. Not collusion.
CowboysDiehard
Shady would be agreeing to claim the player, then upping the trade requirement on you.
Sunday Couch Potatoe
Nah not collision... But let's see who you're getting and who you're trading for him see if you're a dummy

dope man
We have a rule in a couple of my leagues where you are not allowed to trade a player the same week as he was picked up....cuts this kind of shady crap out! But it's not collusion, just a bylaws problem!

Guest Ted Goings
Yeah, we did it, and no one said anything so far. I figure that as long as everyone has the same opportunity. It is actually good for the guy in last place as it gives a little extra leverage with that 1st pick. I probably overpaid, but my team is better than it was, and i got at least one starter for two bench guys. Jones may be starting too pretty soon.
