  1. I got Bulger and Marvin Harrison, traded away Palmer and Kevin Curtis... With Bulger's end of season, this was a no-brainer right, assuming bulger returns from his injury and stays healthy.
  2. I'd agree, you want Bulger now, and you want to pick up someone instead of Pittman, LJ would probably be the tops on my list right now. please see my post about bulger/palmer trade
  3. I would go with Porter, for the better upside. Is Boldin that hurt, though? I thought it was better than expected. BTW, I love the picture of Donovan McNabb, but not as much as the mental picture of seeing him try to evade the Broncos D this past Sunday.
  4. yeah, drop mccardell. it's good to have the injury protection of benson, since he may be coming along, which is based on only three carries against a tired defense in overtime, but still, it's something. pls. see my post re: bulger/palmer trade
  5. i'd much rather have Holt, Gonzalez, Brooks, as I think each one is an upgrade. So, it's close enough to be fair, but I wouldn't do it, especially with signs of life from trent green and gonzalez. pls see my post re: palmer/bulger trade
  6. out of those two i'd start alexander this week, but then i'd also start edge over stephen davis, no matter who he's playing. i'm not sure how salary cap leagues work, but does it affect your weekly starters? pls see my trade post.
  7. Could use some advice...Carson Palmer has done very well for me, but he had a mediocre game against Pittsburgh and his upcoming schedule is painful. Looking at Bulger, he's expected to be back after the bye, in fact, he guaranteed it (whatever that's worth), and his schedule is easy especially in crucial playoff weeks 14-16. I'm thinking with Palmer's value, I could even get a bit more out of the trade, some extra added depth, perhaps. Any thoughts/perspective is appreciated. This could be a make or break trade. Standard performance scoring. We can start a qb as a flex, and my other two are Byron Leftwich and Jeff Garcia.
  8. i just picked up mccown and am starting him over plummer (AT Jax) and brees (AT NE). I don't think there are two many weeks that I'll do so, but this is one where I think it's worth the risk
  9. um, the cardinal rule of fantasy football...always start your studs. End of story. I'm between Plummer and Brees. Wish I had the luxury of not stewing over who to start by having a stud like Palmer to choose from. By the way, I live in Denver, and Jake just does not seem right this year. Probably only a couple more games before he's flipping off fans again
  10. Jackson, he's younger, got more upside. too many other options for patriots, and they can also win games by only scoring 14 points. don't know if the rams can say the same.
  11. Um, no, no, and no, unless you're really impressed with davis' ability to surpass the 50 yard mark in rushing.
  12. i have the same question, except i would need to drop moore to pick up shipp. i also have arrington, so i'd be interested in any other answers to the question about mewelde moore or shipp for this week.
  13. is it that hard? i guess it might be, c'mon throw me a bone here....
  14. wow, no takers, huh? let's give it a little bump and see what you think? thanks.
  15. Jenkins against seattle curtis against arizona booker against jets ne thoughts, i'm leaning toward jenkins cuz he's the clear #1, even though that doesn't mean much, also a good matchup...
