nhoops
good luck this week....this is probably the trickiest series of questions I've been asked yet... 1084508 Success!! Thanks Av
Avernus
Avernus..2 questions... for rb.... Antowain Smith Vs Stl Mike Anderson Vs Giants or Mewelde Moore Vs Packers scoring system: 6 pts per td, 1 pt every 10 yds rushing/receiving also for QB: Steve Mcnair Vs Cardinals Eli Manning Vs Broncos Or Josh McCown Vs Titans(I think he'll start over Warner) scoring sytem: 6 pts per td 1 pt every 25 pass yds -2 every INT 1084403 wow...you have pretty much 3 of the same backs in value... 1st I'd start Moore because he doesn't share carries + his matchup, and then you go a Smith...he's fresh, Anderson is likely losing more and more carries to Bell and Smith is playing the super-soft Rams.... then for QB...I'd go McCown because he has a much better matchup than Manning and better weapons than McNair.....but ONLY if he plays, and I expect him to play since he's able to match warners yards and punch it in for a TD as well... good luck.. Hated-By-Many
Hey Avernus.. just a quick QB question.. Which QB..Pick one.. Avernus
Thanks AvernusNeed 3 WR Driver @ Minn Lloyd @ Wash BJones @ Ari Hakim @ St.L Gabriel vs. Buf Lelie @ NYG Scoring in sig. 1084414 Driver, Jones and Hakim.....only because he has a better matchup than Gabriel... good luck.. Avernus
Chambers V KC or Wayne @ Houston I'm guessing another large helping of Edge at Houston limits Wayne's numbers and Chambers should at least be involved against one of the less than stellar secondaries but i'm having a hard time benching Wayne due to the fact he's been targeted the most of the wideouts at the Colts lately. Thanks 1084453 I'd expect Surtain to put the clampers on Chambers as he's familiar with him from being in the AFC east..... Wayne is the easy start here... good luck.. Whoop That Trick
Another Question...sorry...u threw me off my saying to go with McCown, in a good way tho.....so.. which wr.. Avernus
Couple differnt lineup questions for your opinion this week: At QB: Eli (vs DEN) or Trent Green (@ MIA). With Denver's strong line against the run and the possibility Champ may be out again, I'm leaning towards Eli. At RB: Is Edge really worth starting against the Texans? (kidding, kidding) Looking for a #2 option. With the lineups due early, do I roll the dice on Julius or go with my only option as a #2 -- Bettis? Give one of them a chance or work like hell on a trade? The WW is pretty thin, and the only real alternative is to play D. Rhodes (@ HOU) and hope for another garbage time TD. At WR: I'm starting Plaxico #1 (vs DEN), and leaning toward Rod Smith (@ NYG) at #2, but should I consider Glenn (@ SEA) instead? Think this is a no-brainer, but I'll throw it out there while I have you on the line. Thanks for the help. 1084458 until Green starts playing well, you'll have to run Eli.... now for RB..Julius will play...he has to...I don't see him not playing, he loves playing seattle... and I'd run Rod Smith as nobody will be able to cover him.. Josh McCown vs TEN Eli Manning vs DEN Big Ben vs CIN or Mark Brunell vs SF (Starting Santanna Moss) Scoring.. 1 pt every 25 yards passing 6 pts per TD -2 INts 1084531 I'd have to say Brunell here...the matchup is scrumptulescant... Gonkis
Not sure if I've seen advice for this matchup, yet. Sorry if you've already answered it... Standard scoring. With Horn out, I'm starting Anquan Boldin and one of the following... Jurevicious vs. DAL Moulds vs. OAK I see it as a classic Good passing Offense versus Good Passing D, and Bad passing O vs. bad passing D. As a result, I'm leaning toward Moulds. Do you concur? TIA. I love Edgerrin's matchup and have to lean that way.....especially with Indy's newfound committment to the run while teams over-focus on the pass Eagles coming off a bye is the only thing worrying me about that matchup.....and it doesn't worry me as much as I love edge's matchup where he'll get to probably run for 150 and 3 TD's...again... he's like a poor mans version at RB of what Peyton was last year.....or is that LT?...:hmm: good luck, I doubt you'll need it.. Dogstar
I've been offered Tom Brady and Edgerrin James for Priest Holmes and Marvin Harrison. I currently have only 1 QB, and that's Marc Bulger. Aaron Brooks is available on the waiver wire. Other WR's for my team are Steve Smith, Eric Moulds, Drew Bennett, Nate Burleson, and Joe Horn. The team I'd be trading to is 1 game behind me in my division. What do you think of the trade?

sgtpepr
Hi - thanks for the input - I play in a 8 team basic TD league (2 pts for 300 pass, 100 rush, 100 rec) and want to know your advice on who to offer for Clinton Portis - or if I should trade at all. I feel I can trade either Parker or Davis for Portis.... My team: QB Farve, Bradey RB Holmes, Jackson, Green, Bettis, Parker, Davis WR Smith, Wayne, Fitzgerald, Curtis, Housh And the answer is....
