Hugh 0ne
The previews look pretty wild. They also say in the previews that paramedics had to be called to a screening of the movie because of how some people reacted. Anyone know anything about this? Interesting. skylive5
Appear so: http://www.empireonline.com/news/story.asp?NID=17133 Also here is a review I liked: "While i doubt its that bad, my friend who loves violence and gore and laughs/loves games like manhunt and condemned and watching evil dead and all that stuff had a tough time watching an advanced screening." Sounds like it is pretty good.

Ursa Majoris
I dunno, I saw those trailers too and they looked pretty nasty. Not sure I like the thought of that drill.....I still get cold thinking of Marathon Man. Mind you, if it's anything like Kill Bill, it'll be a hugh laugh. Guest Cherni
Eli Roth: At the first screening...we had not one, but TWO medical emergencies. One guy left in the middle because he was so distraught and dizzy, and he passed out and fell down the escalator outside the theater! Paramedics were called and, luckily, the guy was fine, although if he had died it would have been a better story. About 15 minutes later, a woman flees the theater thinking that the film's giving her a heart attack! She's having chest pains - so the festival people called the paramedics again!!! Turns out she was fine, too. Oh well, serves 'em right for leaving in the middle! That movie looks sick, I can't wait to check it out... I so seldom pickup on the opportunity.

Very seldom do I have anything written on my List of Movies to See..... this one made it. Here's hoping.

Skippy
horrible 1281646 My kid said the same thing. He is not at all the best judge of what I like but the way he talked about the movie talked me out of seeing it. It was on my list to see until then. Tarantino baby. 1246569 I think that they keep dropping Tarantino's name for publicity...he only produced the film though, Eli Roth wrote and directed it.
