Two weeks after the fact...

...favorite Christmas present is probably the four CDs my sister bought for me...

Jack Johnson --In Between Dreams

John Mayer -- Heavier Things

Amos Lee -- Amos Lee

Chris Isaak -- Always Got Tonight

...have been listening to them pretty much non-stop for the last 10 days...

How is this one? I'll probably pick it up

Good stuff, pretty much on par with the last.

Me....fencing gear - I think. Wait, no. Pool table from my mom - forgot about that because I got that as a house warming/Christmas Gift around Thanksgiving.

I like it best of all the Jack Johnson CDs. Who is this Amos Lee you speak of? I have not heard of him. Based on the other selections, I am guessing I would like him...

Amos Lee = awesome; yes you would like him if you like the other three

At first listen (thank you radioblogclub), I was unimpressed....let it play...kinda takes a second to warm up to...but Arms of a Woman certainly grew on me. I will buy it at lunch today....or maybe on iTunes tonite.

I didn't like In Between Dreams as much as his other stuff. I'll have to give it a few more listens. I love the Arms of a Woman song by Amos Lee. Ben Harper and Damien Rice also have some good stuff. If y'all like this kind of music you should check out this radio station. good music They play all this music and are always looking for new artists.

Also, check out the Townhall link in my sig line - they're a Philly local band who I've seen a few times - their new stuff is great.
