Doctor Sticky
I've been offered a trade and not sure what Burleson is going to be worth- should I do it? This is a dynasty league, standard scoring 1 ppr. Start 1QB/2RB/2R/1FLEX/K/D. I've been offered Burleson for Toomer plus my last pick from next years rookied draft. I wouldn't do the pick- don't want to give it up. But if I could get Toomer for Burleson straight up- is that a good trade? Should I do the pick also? Men In Tights
I like Burleson in a dynasty league.
Sigalf03
I would say no in a dynasty, think burleson has some upside. If you are really set on trading him I would wait until later in the season, his value is very low right now coming off his disappointing season last year
DO Jaded
If you can get Burleson straight up for Toomer, do it. If your last pick is in round 6 or greater, it wouldn't kill you to add it if needed. Burleson will produce in the Seattle offense.
Sigalf03
Edit, relized that you would be getting burleson, then i would say yes

Doctor Sticky
how many rounds?, if your looking at a late 3rd round pick then yes, earlier then that no He wants my 5th round, we only have 5 rounds.
Sigalf03
the 5th round of a rookie draft? Then you are looking at best case (assuming a 12 team league) pick #48? i wouldnt be too conserned about the value of that pick
DO Jaded
It would be my last pick in next years rookie draft. Worth that you think? Definitely.
major-tom
Do it, Burleson has some hope in that offense and Toomer doesn't have much left for a dynasty league. As mentioned above 5th pick in a rookie draft is no biggie.

revhookem
Absolutely. I don't have high hopes for Burleson... but I have higher hopes for him than for Toomer! And the pick is low enough that it should be of no concern to you.
Seahawks21
I don't think Nate Burleson is worth a promising rookie, so if you have to trade the pick, I wouldn't do it. As this homer sees it, Darrell Jackson, if healthy, is going to end up in the 85-95 catch range. That leaves Burleson, Engram, & Stevens to share whatever's left. If someone gets hurt, I think Burleson becomes huge (i.e. Joe Jurevicius), I just really think Bobby Engram is too good at what he does for Burleson to really be huge. He'll have weeks, but who knows when.

Burleson has found himself in a much better situation this year. last year I could not say enough bad things about him. not that he was not a decent WR but I just felt he was horribly overrated. this year I think Burleson is gonna produce. not as a stud or anything but as a weak 2nd or strong 3rd WR. I would make this trade being it is a dynasty.
