Chief Dick
Here are my matchups: Gore, Frank SFO RB vs Vikings (versus the run: 2nd in league) Morris, Maurice SEA RB vs Raiders (versus the run: 24th in league) Gore has pretty much produced all year, and Morris hasn't done diddly since he took over. Right now I have Gore in the lineup, but Morris is tantalizing against the Raiders. The kicker is that the Raiders pass D is very good, so you would think Morris would get the ball alot. Conversely, the Vikings pass D is not that good, so my thinking is that the passing game will be good for the 9ers and give Gore some potential holes and goal-line situations. Any thoughts? Football Fever
Morris hasn't done much with SA out and this may be his last chance he will get to show the NFL what he has. Gore has a tough match-up. I'd go with Morris. checkout my post, thanks.
bowlofjelly
Don't start players off of potential if possible.Stick with the more talented and proven player,Gore.Gore is near the top in yards and ypc.Pat Williams and Harris probably won't play. This game should be tight and SF can stick with the run. Gros Membres!
I'd take Gore here. Despite matchup I think Gore is the guy you have to run. Morris has shown little to nothing in his previous starts and what makes you think he'll get his chances with Seneca Wallace behind center. Yikes. Gore here.
