whitem0nkey
Waiver wire priority is not base on the cumulative season but on the last five weeks Most of us in our league seem to be in favor of a rule like that. Just curios if any of you have tried this. Edited February 16, 2007 by whitem0nkey
TheGrunt
Waiver wire priority is not base on the cumulative season but on the last five weeks most of us in our league seem to be in favor of a rule like that. just curois if any of you have tryed this. I actually like that because the previous five weeks is a pretty good indicator for how solid a team. But if most people in your league are in favor of it I can't see that much of a flaw with the rule.
BillyBalata
In my local, we go by just the previous week. Lowest score for each week gets the first FA pickup and so on down the line.
xMRogers
Haven't seen that before, but so I get it - if team A is 3-7 and team B is 2-8, but over the last 5 Team b maybe is 2-3 and team A is 1-4 Team A would get first choice? I think my problem with that is that it's such a short season, every week as you get down the stretch matters so much and total record determines playoffs, I'd want to stick with total record. Looking at it from a diff angle: 14 week season - one teams 7-6, one teams 6-7 going into the final week and they are playing each other and battling for the last playoff spot. Shouldn't the 6-7 team be given the first waiver option, regardless of last 5 weeks?
bushwacked
After using blind bidding in a couple of leagues, I'm going to try to switch the local over to that method also.
