godtomsatan Posted April 26, 2007 Share Posted April 26, 2007 (edited) Good: He's 25, his strengths are the short and medium passing game (as opposed to others who are solid with the long ball), and ranks above any QB in the draft with his decision-making. Con: He's 25, hasn't demonstrated the long-ball ability most top QBs possess, not necessarily as athletic as others in draft, and doesn't have a lot of size (6-2/215). I've read some noted draftniks who rate the guy the best QB in the draft, and I've also seen him referred to as the most NFL ready. He's got a solid build, he's got a head on his shoulders, and is much more mature than the rest of the class at his advanced age (Mormon mission). His status as the #3 QB is solidifying and might be an intriguing alternative for those teams who need a QB, but either won't have an option to get the big 2, or would rather take another player.
