Isnt this, along with his other transgressions, what he was initially suspended for? I think the latest issue at the strip club in Atlanta is far more damging because it shows a total lack of resolve as far as changing behaviors! Either way, taxpayers will have to foot his bill until he takes one in the brain pan, which might not be too long.
