How do I capture a Java / Flash animation off of the tubes?

On the website below, if you click on the sketch to the right of the text, it pulls up this fantastic animation that I would love to use for a presentation. Any idea how I can save/capture it for use? I've tried the "right-click and save" technique... which exhausts my toolkit.

Break it down for me now. Uh... uh...

This is the code for the clickable link on the page

<a href="java script:function..." onClick="MM_openBrWindow('mudcycle.htm','animation','resizable=yes,width=710,height=520')"><img src="images/mudcycle.gif" width="349" height="512" alt="Mud cycle at wellsite" border="0"></a>

So it links to this URL:

http://www.seed.slb.com/en/scictr/watch/mud/mudcycle.htm

Do a little View Source on that beyatch, and find that this is the embedded content:

http://www.seed.slb.com/en/scictr/watch/mud/mudcycle.swf

Clicking that link in Firefox gave me a download file dialog. An swf file is a flash file. Quick time may be able to play that file. Maybe not. I've reached the end of my helping.

You know, Atomic, I don't care what everyone else around here says. You're not that bad of a guy.
