longshanks7
WOW, has he really fallen this low? After browsing a draft of site owners, I was shocked to see LJ having been drafted #9.... http://football33.myfantasyleague.com/2007...=73356&O=17 Has he really fallen this low? Avernus
I have him at 5.... I think he's no higher or lower at this point...
StormChasers
If Adam Scheffter is correct then LJ is getting closer with the Chiefs. Getting him at 9 let alone 5 is great value.
BS Miscreant
Great value if they get him back in. A wasted 1st round pick if they don't.

Brentastic
What is Adam Scheffter reporting? Reporting that the Chiefs and LJ are making progress in the negotiations. Regardless, the Chiefs will be awful this year and the 400+ carries last year is enough for him to scare me. If he fell to me at 9 I'd probably grab him though. How could you not grab him with the 9th pick? Man, #9 sounds a little crazy to me.
Donutrun Jellies
How could you not grab him with the 9th pick? Man, #9 sounds a little crazy to me. If he falls, grab him anywhere after 4, snag Priest later, and smile all year long ... My fear is what to do if I land a #3 pick before the situation is resolved. Having lived through a year where Portis got hurt THE DAY AFTER I DRAFTED HIM HIGH IN THE FIRST ROUND, I'm a bit sensitive about such things. Man, #9 sounds a little crazy to me.Well, I'm never one to follow the norm - my strategy always has been to go with certainty in the first few rounds. If that means grabbing a guy like C.J or Manning at the bottom of the first then that's what I do. I mean there is nothing good about the chiefs, their once famous line is gone, there is uncertainty at QB and worst of all, their D is horrible. Add all of that to L.J.'s record breaking carries last year - means an unbalanced risk:reward ratio.
