CFL owners tried to block Ricky Williams from playing last year, and he wasn't arrested... Antonio Bryant and Mike Vick are scum, something the CFL wants no part of. It could be that it is due to him being suspended by the nfl -(not sure what he's being suspended for. drugs?)
