Bababenny
I had the 2nd and 19th pick in my draft today. #2 was easy...S. Jackson. At #19 I had the option of Thomas Jones or Clinton Portis...and I went with the latter. I thought it was a bit riskier but had a much higher upside. I also thought I could handcuff him to Betts...but unfortunately the dude two spots before me in the 7th round took him. In your opinion...did I "F" up? Grits and Shins
If I said 'yes' could you go back and change your pick?
Yanxbolts
Don't worry about Grits' opinion - the guy drafted M. Bell in the 2nd round last year LOL

Bell in the 2nd round last year LOL I actually agree with Grit's response. If we say "yes," it's not like he can do anything about it now except try and trade for Betts. Our responses don't exactly matter. If you feel you screwed up, try and fix it. If you feel like you didn't screw up, then don't worry about it and just get ready for the start of the season. dabuffbills
also, why do you have 2 posts for the same question? http://forums.thehuddle.com/index.php?showtopic=213234

irish
If I said 'yes' could you go back and change your pick? No but you could seize one of those opportunities you love so much and let someone have it for a bad decision VS them wanting to hear how well they drafted. irish
Oh and to answer your question, the tough thing about taking Portis is not so much taking him, espeically where you took him but more so not getting Betts as I think Betts will turn out to be more valuable this year again. So yeah it was a blunder. But you have season to try and fix it. Look at the guys team that took Betts and try to make a trade with him either to get Betts for something or Portis for something.
