Wolverines Fan
From CBS: News: Kansas City RB Larry Johnson was helped off the field after injuring his right ankle in the fourth quarter against the Green Bay Packers on Sunday. Johnson, the Chiefs' leading rusher, was injured midway through the fourth quarter when he caught a pass from Damon Huard and was dragged down from behind by Packers LB A.J. Hawk. Johnson caught his toe on the turf after getting his feet tangled with Hawk's, then grabbed at his right ankle. He tried to put weight on the leg after the trainers looked at him, but had to get help to the bench. He later was taken to the locker room. Johnson had 53 yards and a touchdown on 19 carries before the injury. He also caught a 30-yard touchdown pass. A Chiefs spokesman said Johnson, a two-time Pro Bowler, apparently had a sprained ankle, but that nothing definite would be known at least until Monday. "He couldn't put any weight on it. That's never a good sign," said coach Herm Edwards. Doesn't sound like Herm was all that optimistic to me. Unfortunately, we all know its next to impossible to take coaches at their word nowadays about player injuries. Marvin Harrison's injury was supposedly just a bruised knee. matt770
Guy in my league with Peyton and Romo lost Ronnie Brown and only had Addai and Kenton Keith as his RBs. He traded Romo for LJ on Friday, just in time to play me. that I'm down by 26 thanks in large part to LJ's stats before the injury, but to face this dude again in the playoffs.
