Just got on and I am not sure how to do a system restore.I can get to the system restore but it doesnt seem to do anything. Computers suck! Has he been screwing around with any firewall settings that would block port 80 or port 443? (quick note, port 80 and 443 are what browsers use to communicate on the intarwebs. http = port 80, https = port 443 (this port makes the little lock on your browser show up.
