You do have to pay for S&H and the frame which comes to a total of $28 for each set...but you get $40 worth of coins professionally mounted! Limit 2 per household and there is a 72 hour time limit... Also another thing to consider collecting if you are into this type of thing is the eagle quarters, they are fazing them out and the new ones have the states on them, eventually you wont see tham any longer like the drummer boy quarters....FYI.
